What You Can Expect
This position is responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and share product specific input with the Marketing Lead. Provide guidance on topic focus and prioritization are part of the role: day-to-day management and implementation of the EMEA Segment Strategy, co-ordination of NPI launch plans and rationalization projects. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to ensure alignment with global priorities and EMEA KPI’s in alignment with the Marketing lead. This position will be expected to mentor other less experienced sales team members and be assigned stretch projects.
How You'll Create Impact
Contribute to develop and form the EMEA Segment Strategy.
Lead the commercialization of the Zimmer Biomet Segment portfolio in the EMEA market.
Support Product Managers and Commercial team in sharing product expertise (e.g., training, selective key accounts support).
Design the promotional and communications mix with marketing communication partners for core EMEA strategic brands.
Closely collaborate with Zimmer Biomet Institute to set-up a comprehensive medical education program to train surgical professionals on the safe and effective use of focused brands.
Create product training and development programs for internal staff in collaboration with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy.
Co-ordinate the NPI plan for the EMEA region and liaise with Demand planning team to ensure mid- and long-term forecasts are directionally correct.
Help identifying expert surgeons to be suggested for corporate activities.
Based on competitors’ activities, plan the marketing initiatives for the attractiveness of the focus brands.
Coach and support in-country sales and marketing teams and local commercial leads across the EMEA region to execute the delivery plans for EMEA Segment strategy, and to enable them to achieve their respective revenue targets (fees, pull-through and price protection).
Provide hands-on implementation support for new product launches/introductions in markets.
Create alignment with the other EMEA segments to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Mentors and assists in training of less experienced team members and drives best practice standards across the region/country.

Your Background
Educated to University Level. Graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, ideally within the Medical Device industry.
Experience with selling and implementing strategies on a national/international basis within the healthcare environment is a must.
Ability to mentor others based on proven track record and interactions with customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence others.
Fluent in English, Italian ; French, Spanish - nice to have
