What You Can Expect
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Director of HRIS and HR Digital Transformation to lead our efforts in revolutionizing our HR function through cutting-edge digital solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of HR technology strategies that enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position will lead the SF HRIS function in areas of systems and data management, data integrity, and reporting. This role will work closely with IT and end users to develop and maintain the HRIS system, and will also be accountable for projects and ongoing internal user inquiries.
How You'll Create Impact
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR information and digital strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Partner with senior leaders to ensure HR digital initiatives support organizational goals.
Technology Implementation: Oversee the selection, deployment, and integration of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and employee engagement tools. Ensure systems are effectively utilized and deliver maximum value.
Process Optimization: Identify and address inefficiencies in current HR processes. Leverage technology to automate and improve workflows, data management, and reporting capabilities.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to digital transformation. Develop and execute communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of digital initiatives on HR operations and employee experience. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and consultants. Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in HR. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
