Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to client and account executive/producer requests, ensuring efficient service and support.
Manage policy servicing tasks including requesting endorsements, processing policy changes, resolving invoicing discrepancies, and maintaining both physical and digital policy files per agency procedures.
Collect and analyze new and renewal data for assigned accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities and staying current on market trends and emerging carriers.
Market applications to carriers following agency protocols, make informed coverage recommendations, and negotiate competitive terms for optimal coverage and premiums.
Prepare and present insurance documents such as quotes, proposals, coverage comparisons, and summaries to support client understanding and informed decision-making.
Provide administrative and technical support as needed, fulfilling assistant duties for assigned clients when required and completing projects assigned by management.
Participate in agency trainings and meetings, maintain reliable attendance, and pursue professional development by working toward CIC designation within a reasonable timeframe.
