About The Role

Location: Remote - Michigan residents

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Be a pivotal part of a great team
  • Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions for claim review
  • Communicate with internal and external partners through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills

Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:
    • Monday - Friday
    • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
    • No weekends or late shifts!
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have

  • Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
  • Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)

Remote Work Requirements

  • Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
