Type: Task-based payment

Location: Remote

Preferred Availability: Strong preference for coverage during 10:00 AM – 16:00 PM (Turkey time)

Working Hours: 30+ hours per week (If you work more than 30 hours per week, you will receive a payment of $1000.)

Equipment Requirements: Candidates must complete tasks from a desktop or laptop computer, along with a stable internet connection that can reliably support video calls.

Language Requirement: Interviews will be conducted entirely in English. Therefore, candidates are expected to have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency. Only applicants who can confidently communicate, understand questions, and express themselves clearly during an English interview will be considered. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for the selection process.

About the Role:

As a Search Quality Improvement Lead, you will oversee and improve the quality of search engine results. You will ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and reliability of online content. In addition, you will evaluate search results and provide expert guidance. You will manage task-related communication and support the team's development of best practices. All of your's tasks need to complete from a desktop or laptop computer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Feedback: Provide detailed feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Task Instruction Management: Monitor task instructions and suggest improvements.
• Chat Administration & Support: Manage task-related discussions and answer questions.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate search engine process issues.
• Handling Complex Assignments: Perform and oversee non-standard tasks.

Technical requirements:

• Availability of a computer (not smartphone/tablet).
• Reliable internet connectivity.
• Basic technical skills (working with browser, Google docs, Trello, etc.)
• Native Turkey speaker with deep cultural and linguistic understanding.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for effective communication with international teams.

Local knowledge:

• Perfectly understands the Turkish language, including local dialects and expressions.
• Understands cultural, social and regional contexts: knows how locals speak, joke and perceive reality.
• Distinguishes nuances important for accurate data interpretation.
