Job Summary: 

IPG is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid media and affiliate marketing to lead the execution and optimization of performance-driven campaigns. This role plays a critical part in bridging strategic planning with go-to-market execution, ensuring that distribution strategies are brought to life through high-performing digital channels. You’ll report on insights and drive continuous optimization across paid, affiliate, and other performance channels.

This is a great opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results. You'll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to manage and scale paid media and affiliate campaigns, while also supporting efforts across email, SEO, and analytics.

About You: You’re a performance marketer with deep experience in paid media and growing affiliate programs. You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels. You’re highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally to get things done and drive results.

Main Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Digital Advertising

  • Lead execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across search, social, and display.

  • Manage agency and platform relationships, budget allocations, A/B testing, and creative briefs.

  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Affiliate Marketing

  • Support the growth and day-to-day management of our affiliate marketing channel.

  • Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize performance and expand reach.

  • Coordinate creative and promotional offers, track performance, and provide regular reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contractual agreements.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze and report on paid, affiliate, and digital marketing performance, extracting insights that inform strategy.

  • Share key findings with Strategy & Planning and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.

      

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college) 

  • 3 years’ relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Proven success managing paid media and affiliate marketing programs

  • Proficiency in performance analytics, budgeting, and reporting

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment
