MARKET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (Aerospace and Defense)

You will join the Central Europe IP&E team in an international company with 22,000 employees. On a daily basis you will perform Application Engineering, Sales and Supplier Management activities. You will travel regionally to meet business partners in Central Europe.

What will you be doing? 

  • Work collaboratively with our FAE teams and account managers to maximize the number of possible opportunities to close.

  • Guide the creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their great ideas & products.

  • Gather and analyze competitive information to identify new business opportunities

  • Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends

  • Deliver regular market and commercial updates to regional teams

  • Foster teamwork within the One Arrow team to enhance customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for? 

  • Educated within Electronics

  • Previous Experience in cables would be a must for this position

  • You have experience in similar position within electronics industry (in sales, marketing, or product management)

  • Fluency English

  • You can build and develop strategic business relationships

  • You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts

  • Can-do mindset
