About the role

Helpware is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Lead to manage and grow our online presence. In this role, you'll develop strategies, create and oversee content, engage with audiences, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. You will work closely with different teams to support campaigns and track performance.

This is a chance to lead social media efforts for a global brand and make a lasting impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) for internal and client’s products and services.
    • Engaging with followers and managing community interactions.
    • Collaborating with influencers for brand partnerships.
    • Support brand campaigns, launches, and key initiatives with tailored SMM execution.
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand tone and voice.
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters.
    • Coordinate with paid media and outbound teams.
    • Track performance metrics and optimize strategy.
    • Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
    • Hire, lead or mentor SMM specialists.

    Key Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency and in-house).
    • 2+ years of experiences in leading SMM.
    • Proven experience working with international and U.S.-based clients/brands.
    • Proven success managing and growing brand accounts.
    • Strong understanding of organic content strategy and engagement tactics.
    • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools.
    • Solid writing skills in English (C1+ level).
    • Ability to brief and review creative assets (basic design/video editing knowledge is a plus).
    • Experience interpreting analytics and adjusting strategy accordingly.
    • Experience with paid SMM campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn).
    • Understanding of PR strategies and experience in media relations.
