Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake meetings and job postings, through sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
  • Ensure all candidate and process data is accurately maintained in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and support reporting needs.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Support broader HR initiatives including employer branding, onboarding programs, DE&I efforts, and employee referral campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands on recruitment experience – preferably in high-growth or tech-driven companies.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple roles simultaneously across various departments and seniority levels.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew – written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Comeet, Greenhouse) – a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high independence, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
