Job description

Role Type and Location:

  • Remote role - based full time in Ireland OR UK
  • Some ad hoc travel will be required

Overview:

  • As Head of Outreach, you'll be the architect of Diagnexia's global impact strategy, spearheading our mission to transform healthcare accessibility.
  • You'll lead our ambitious initiatives to bridge the diagnostic gap in underserved communities while establishing Diagnexia as the foremost innovator in digital pathology access.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Design and implement Diagnexia's global outreach strategy, focusing on expanding digital pathology access in low and middle-income countries
  • Lead our flagship scanner deployment program, orchestrating partnerships with vendors, healthcare institutions, and NGOs
  • Drive the development of our digital case archive as a vital resource for the global pathology community

Partnership Development & Fundraising

  • Secure funding from diverse sources, including charitable organizations, foundations, and large commercial companies
  • Develop compelling fundraising proposals and manage donor relationships to support outreach initiatives
  • Build and manage a network of 200+ pathologists for our consultation program
  • Foster strategic alliances with healthcare providers, government bodies, and non-profits across target regions
  • Establish educational partnerships with international universities to deliver our pathology training programs

Program Management & Innovation

  • Oversee the expansion of our affordable consultation program to reach 5,000 diagnostic consults annually
  • Lead the development and growth of our digital case archive initiative
  • Design and implement innovative outreach campaigns across multiple channels and platforms

Marketing & Communications Collaboration

  • Work directly with our marketing team to develop compelling messaging for all outreach and educational programs
  • Take a hands-on approach in creating content and copy for website, brochures, blog posts, and promotional materials
  • Manage and host weekly webinars through our dedicated Zoom webinar platform
  • Oversee key stakeholder management for webinar hosts and planning
  • Collaborate with marketing on community building initiatives through email marketing campaigns
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to nurture contacts and track engagement with outreach programs

Impact Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track program KPIs aligned with our 2025 goals
  • Analyze program outcomes and partner feedback to optimize our initiatives
  • Present regular impact reports to executive leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience (8+ years)
  • Proven success in healthcare outreach or program management
  • Track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships
  • Experience in fundraising from charitable organizations, foundations, and commercial companies
  • Demonstrated ability to secure grants and develop funding proposals
  • Experience working with healthcare systems in developing regions
  • Experience in content creation and marketing communications for healthcare initiatives
  • Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and CRM systems (particularly Hubspot)
