What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an engineer who:

• Uses AI copilots as a core part of their daily workflow—not just occasionally or experimentally.
• Can articulate how AI tooling has helped them ship faster, safer, and cleaner code with measurable impact.
• Has a robust approach to validating, testing, and securing AI-generated code—including automated testing, static analysis, peer reviews, and continuous prompt refinement.
• Brings a production mindset, ensuring everything they build is robust, secure, and safe for enterprise use—not just prototypes.

This role is 100% remote but must be based in Australia.
