About the AU Digital Marketing Coordinator Role

This isn’t just another marketing role. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator , you’re at the heart of our digital presence. You’ll be managing campaigns, liaising with content creators, optimizing SEO efforts, and reporting on key metrics that drive decision-making.
You’ll work alongside a passionate marketing team, ensuring that our brand messaging is sharp, our social channels are buzzing, and our campaigns are running like clockwork.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Digital Channel Management:
  • Coordinate social media content across platforms based on creative direction.
  • Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Engage with our audience and respond to comments and inquiries on time.
Campaign Support:
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support SEO tasks and digital media initiatives.
  • Liaise with content creators and stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
Resource Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize digital marketing activities.
  • Maintain documentation of creative assets and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the team to track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Operations Support:
  • Identify workflow efficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contact database of freelancers and creative resources.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and marketing reports.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to engage an audience.

  • You’ve worked in digital marketing or social media coordination before, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ve coordinated campaigns, managed social media platforms, and tracked analytics with ease.
  • You’ve assisted in content creation, SEO tasks, and digital marketing activities.
  • You know how to keep projects organized and running smoothly from concept to completion.
  • If you’ve worked with email marketing, report generation, or marketing automation, that’s a big plus.
