We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow our business by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-impact partnerships and contracts. This role is critical to expanding our reach through collaborations with lending companies, corporate entities, government agencies, and other strategic partners. You will be responsible for finding and closing deals that generate value for both our company and our partners.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with financial institutions, lending companies, corporates, and government bodies.
Pitch and negotiate business terms with potential partners to unlock new revenue streams and market segments.
Lead the end-to-end deal process — from outreach and engagement to proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) to align partnerships with business goals and operational capabilities.
Monitor partnership performance and suggest improvements or new initiatives to deepen engagement and value delivery.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
You are qualified for this if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — preferably in tech, fintech, or government-facing roles.
Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term partner relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand business needs and align them with strategic goals.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
