Perform comprehensive insurance verification and follow-up
Handle patient data collection and intake processes
Manage accounts receivable and improve collections efficiency
Process insurance claims within practice management system
Answer incoming calls and assist patients
Support on-site staff by handling administrative tasks
Verify and collect required insurance data points
Coordinate with insurance companies for patient coverage
Scope:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm Eastern
Remote position
Direct reporting to practice management
Handle complete insurance verification workflow
Support practice’s AR and collections processes
Manage administrative aspects of patient care cycle
Requirements
Experience in dental practice administration
Knowledge of dental insurance verification processes
Understanding of medical terminology, particularly in dental procedures
Familiarity with dental practice management systems
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with accounts receivable and collections
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of sleep apnea treatments and surgical procedures (preferred)
