Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Monday to Friday

Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll drive revenue growth across multiple exciting business segments. This role offers a unique opportunity to sell both innovative honey-based products to healthcare and retail sectors, while also developing new business opportunities for our engineering services division. You’ll engage with decision-makers across various industries, from hospital procurement specialists to retail buyers and engineering firm executives. This position combines consultative selling with solution-based approaches, allowing you to build lasting relationships while contributing to the company’s expansion.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across healthcare and retail sectors
  • Present medical-grade honey products to healthcare facilities and hospitals
  • Sell premium honey products to retail establishments
  • Set and manage appointments for engineering services consultations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Follow up effectively on leads provided by our lead generation team
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and activity metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven outbound sales or cold calling experience
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Experience selling to both B2B and B2C markets
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product benefits
  • Experience in consultative selling approaches
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
