  • Part-time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to follow-up communications
  • Provide regular updates on call outcomes and conversion metrics
  • Identify and capture valuable market feedback during client interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and improve outreach strategies


Requirements
  • Outstanding English communication skills with clear pronunciation
  • Proven experience in professional cold calling or telephone-based sales
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
  • Resilient and positive attitude with ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Availability for minimum 10 hours per week during US business hours
  • Previous experience in design or creative industries is a plus
