This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 3 hours per day (ideally with 3 hours of availability during midday)
  • Client Timezone: UK (London)

  • Conduct proactive client outreach to deliver case progress updates
  • Utilize modern legal practice management software for daily operations
  • Manage documentation through cloud-based systems including Dropbox and Google Workspace
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient information flow
  • Support various administrative functions to maintain smooth office operations

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, legal industry experience highly valued
