Role Name: Social Media Manager
Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8 AM- 12 PM California time

Join an exciting new property management company at its launch phase, where you'll have the opportunity to build and shape their social media presence from the ground up. You'll work with a wealth of pre-created content, including video footage and marketing materials, to establish and grow the brand across multiple social media platforms. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic thinking, allowing you to transform raw content into engaging social media posts while building meaningful connections with the target audience. You'll be instrumental in launching and growing a dynamic social media presence across multiple platforms, working directly with the founding team who are passionate about creating quality content.
Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Edit and optimize video content, including both long-form and short-form (30-45 second) videos
Design graphics for social media posts based on marketing calendar guidelines
Implement and manage a 16-week marketing calendar across all platforms
Execute a four-month email funnel campaign
Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries across all platforms
Conduct influencer outreach and manage relationships
Join and participate in relevant social media groups and communities
Create engaging captions and content that drives audience engagement
Monitor and optimize social media performance metrics
Scopes:
Part-time role (20 hours per week)
Manage presence across all major social media platforms
Handle video content editing for 25+ videos initially, with ongoing content
Create and manage graphics for daily social media posts
Implement pre-developed marketing calendar and email funnel
Coordinate with US-based team in Pacific time zone
Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms
Basic video editing skills
Basic graphic design capabilities
Send portfolio to highlight both Video and graphics design skills
Strong copywriting and caption creation abilities
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Knowledge of social media best practices and trends
Experience with community management and engagement
Basic understanding of the real estate or property management industry (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
