Answer Inbound Sales Calls
Provide information on pest control services
Qualify leads and close sales
Make Outbound Follow-Up Calls
Contact warm leads and past customers
Upsell seasonal or additional services to existing customers
Schedule Appointments
Coordinate technician visits
Confirm service details and customer availability
Update CRM Software
Log all notes and sales activities
Maintain accurate customer records
Handle Basic Customer Service Inquiries
Address questions about pricing, service prep, or re-treatments
Escalate complex issues to appropriate department
Meet Daily/Weekly Sales Targets
Track progress and report performance to sales manager

Strong Communication Skills
Clear, confident speaking and writing abilities, with active listening skills to build rapport and uncover needs.
Proven Inbound Sales Experience
Demonstrated success in qualifying inbound leads and disciplined follow up experience to close deals.
CRM Proficiency
Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, with a track record of accurately logging activities and using data to guide follow-ups.
Objection Handling & Closing Ability
The ability to confidently handle rejection and convert hesitant leads into customers through persuasive, consultative selling.
Self-Motivation, Time Management, Ability to Multi-Task
A disciplined work ethic and the ability to manage tasks independently, meet goals, and stay productive without constant supervision.
