The client is a registered NDIS provider supporting Australians with psychosocial disability. They deliver Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching services grounded in person-centred, trauma-informed care. They’re now seeking a skilled, adaptable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our growing team from overseas.
Responsibilities
Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and document systems
Prepare onboarding packs, service agreements, and participant forms
Conduct outreach via email to stakeholders, referrers, and participants
Follow up on referral forms and support information gathering
Maintain CRM records (e.g. Bigin, Splose) with accuracy
Assist with newsletter distribution and information campaigns
Provide basic proofreading, formatting, and system updates
Track and update registers and records to support organisational compliance.
Participate in regular virtual check-ins and updates
Monitor our social media platforms and online presence and identify gaps for improvement.
Work discreetly in the Australian Timezone, ensuring VPN usage and alignment to the Australian timezone for all tasks.
Requirements
Experience as an admin support in a healthcare, mental health, or NDIS context.
Excellent written English and professional email communication skills
Reliable internet and home office setup.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, email tools, and CRMs
Highly organised and proactive approach to task management
Understanding of confidentiality and trauma-informed communication
Background in nursing, allied health, tech or mental health (highly regarded).
