The Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruitment Expert to act as a strategic advisor and trusted hiring partner to our clients. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives on building relationships, aligning talent strategies with business goals, and translating market insights into smarter hiring decisions.

This is not a hands-on recruiter role, it’s a chance to guide the "why" and "how" behind every hire.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery calls and job briefings to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Partner with clients to align talent needs with business and cultural goals.
  • Deliver real-time market insights around salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring trends. 
  • Collaborate with Workforce Experts and recruiters to ensure clear, actionable briefs and smooth handovers.
  • Identify hiring blockers, drive accountability, and proactively move recruitment processes forward.
  • Review candidate shortlists and provide strategic input to improve fit and retention.
  • Attend client meetings and events to deepen relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
  • Share industry trends and contribute to ongoing process improvements through data and feedback.
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment strategy, client advisory, or account management roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers. 
  • Proven ability to align hiring strategies with broader business outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across time zones and cultures. 
  • Bonus: Experience in senior recruitment or talent acquisition roles, especially in high-growth or remote-first environments.
