About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Assistant to support our sales and preconstruction pipeline. This role plays a crucial part in identifying new opportunities, analyzing bid performance, and organizing internal knowledge. It is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and transforming ideas into actionable systems. You will work closely with leadership and contribute across three key areas:
Key Responsibilities
Market & Opportunity Research
Research and identify early-stage sales opportunities, such as land development permits, social media activity, or online ads related to site preparation.
Maintain a dynamic database of local developments, tracking which projects are active, upcoming, or on hold.
Investigate company ownership and conduct lead research through public records and online platforms.
Bid & Competitor Analysis
Analyze past bid results to identify trends in pricing, performance, and competitor behavior.
Support strategy by highlighting consistent patterns in developer preferences or competitor activity across project types.
Internal Support & Documentation
Assist in organizing and structuring internal processes, workflows, and documentation from high-level concepts.
Perform light data entry and support the setup of foundational systems and internal databases.
Synthesize research findings into usable formats, such as summaries, templates, or internal guides.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
Is fluent in spoken and written English.
Has strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Is proficient in Excel and comfortable working with structured data.
Is familiar with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam for PDF annotation.
Can use tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
Has experience in writing, documentation, or research-based roles (preferred).
Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Has at least 3 years of experience in administrative, research, or analytical support roles.
Is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with remote collaboration.
Does not require construction or real estate background—full training will be provided.
