We're looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll operations at our fast-paced IT consulting firm. This role is critical in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple countries, including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.

About the job:Managing accurate and timely processing of multiple semi-monthly payrolls for employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe for 350+ employeesEnsuring the correct application of deductions, tax withholdings, and benefitsMaintaining full compliance with all payroll-related local, state, federal, and international laws and regulationsAdministering and optimizing payroll systems, with a focus on Paychex, Payworks, and Remote.comCreating, analyzing, and maintaining payroll reports and recordsIdentifying areas for operational improvement and leading payroll process enhancementsCollaborating with HR on benefits programs and employee compensationAssisting the Finance team with bill reconciliation for self-funded health and welfare plansMonitoring and reporting on benefit funding, including FSA, HSA, and commuter benefitsSupporting internal and external audits by providing accurate, timely documentationAbout you:Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveExcel at working independently and collaboratively across departmentsAre comfortable managing international payrolls in a fast-paced, consulting environmentAre a strong communicator and confident leaderHave a strong sense of ownership and accountability for payroll accuracy and compliance4-6+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll (U.S., Canada, U.K., Europe)Proficient in Paychex and experienced with payroll system administrationSolid understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administrationExperience generating reports and supporting payroll auditsCompensation & Benefits:
