Job description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to manage and mentor a diverse QA team comprising functional testers, automation engineers, and performance specialists.

This leadership role requires overseeing day-to-day QA operations, driving best practices, and ensuring team alignment with project goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong people management skills with hands-on expertise in Robot Framework, Python, C#, Selenium, API and performance testing, and data validation using SQL, ETL processes, and Databricks.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure, including DevOps integration and environment setup, is essential.
Excellent communication, the ability to upskill the team, a continuous improvement mindset, and working knowledge of Generative AI tools in QA are key to success in this role.
