3+ years in Meta Ads, 2+ years in Google Ads, and the receipts to show you’ve scaled winning campaigns.
You speak fluent Paid Media: CTRs, CPMs, CACs, and the sacred ROAS.
Spreadsheet skills that make others nervous (in a good way)—Google Sheets is your second home.
A knack for building decks and dashboards that tell stories without the fluff.
A self-starter energy and U.S.-friendly work hours. We love a time-zone overlap.
Ability to manage multiple brands and never miss a beat—or a budget cap.
Know your way around email tools like Klaviyo or Attentive
Have dabbled in SEO, CRO, or Shopify site builds
