Job description

Us: helps fast-growing companies scale without the chaos by matching them with top-tier offshore marketing talent—think of us as your secret weapon for getting more done without burning out your in-house team. Less overhead, more output, zero drama. 🚀

Our client: A fast-growing performance team that believes strategy should come with a side of sass and a whole lot of spreadsheet magic.

If you can whip up a high-converting campaign from scratch, explain the difference between CAC and CPR to your dog, and write a client report that actually gets read, we should talk.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist who lives and breathes Meta and Google Ads and thrives in an environment where performance is everything and no two brands are the same. This role is part strategist, part analyst, part creative collaborator—with room to grow into a true leadership lane.

The Perks:

  • 💵 Competitive rate

  • 🌴 Paid time off & holidays

  • ❤️ Health card for you + 1 dependent (after 1 year)

  • 💰 Annual bonus + merit increase

  • 😎 Work with a team that gets marketing—and memes

What You’ll Actually Do (Not Just Buzzwords)
  • Launch and scale campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search, Performance Max, ASC)—from zero to hero.

  • Obsess over KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CAC, and CPM. You track trends. You tweak. You don’t settle.

  • Write reporting narratives that don’t put people to sleep. You turn charts into “aha” moments.

  • Build decks and dashboards that are part story, part science, and 100% client-ready.

  • A/B test like it’s your second language—copy, creative, audiences, landing pages. You believe in the power of “prove it.”

  • Collaborate with creatives to push out fresh ad iterations that click (literally and figuratively).

  • Keep performance in check daily, and send weekly insights with confidence, clarity, and maybe a well-placed emoji.

  • Stay organized and proactive across multiple brands. Think: media planner meets air traffic controller.

What You Bring to the Party
  • 3+ years in Meta Ads, 2+ years in Google Ads, and the receipts to show you’ve scaled winning campaigns.

  • You speak fluent Paid Media: CTRs, CPMs, CACs, and the sacred ROAS.

  • Spreadsheet skills that make others nervous (in a good way)—Google Sheets is your second home.

  • A knack for building decks and dashboards that tell stories without the fluff.

  • A self-starter energy and U.S.-friendly work hours. We love a time-zone overlap.

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and never miss a beat—or a budget cap.

Bonus Points If You...
  • Know your way around email tools like Klaviyo or Attentive

  • Have dabbled in SEO, CRO, or Shopify site builds

  • Understand pixel setups, event mapping, and attribution like a true media nerd

  • Aren’t afraid to challenge the brief, ask questions, or suggest a crazy test (we encourage it)

What You’ll Get
  • A remote-first gig with a team that values clarity, curiosity, and conversion rates.

  • The chance to work on a variety of brands—from DTC darlings to fast-scaling service-based businesses.

  • Support when you need it, freedom when you don’t, and plenty of opportunities to grow.
