Key responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management.
  • Integrate SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and manage data replication processes.
  • Create and modify HR forms, including payslips and custom interfaces using IDocs and BAPIs.
  • Develop and enhance Web Dynpro applications for HR functionalities.

Key Expectations from ABAP HR with Consultant

Hands-on Configuration and Development in SAP HCM with Strong ABAP Skills

SuccessFactors Integration Knowledge (especially BIB) Strong in Payroll (Schemas, PCRs, Payroll Run)

Worked with ALE/IDoc Interfaces for HR

Created or modified Adobe Forms (Payslips) Web Dynpro / ESS Experience

Solid ABAP HR exposure: OM, PA, TM, PY modules

End-to-end configuration and business processes

Tool used in SuccessFactors integration to map EC fields to SAP fields.

Hands-on experience mapping fields in BIB.
