As an Executive Assistant: Marketing + Sales, you should be an exceptional, high-energy professional to serve as a direct extension of our marketing and sales leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Support
Execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot with minimal direction
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and ensure timely delivery of all requirements
Source and manage branded merchandise and giveaways for conferences and events
Assist with virtual and in-person event planning
Sales Support
Provide administrative support for sales pipeline management and reporting
Track and organize leads from conferences and events
Initiate and manage follow-up communications with prospects
Set up and execute sales sequences in HubSpot
Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and sales opportunities
Executive Support
Serve as a force multiplier for leadership, anticipating needs and removing obstacles
Maintain seamless communication and handoffs on projects and tasks
Proactively identify improvements to existing processes
Ensure all deadlines are met without the need for follow-up
Manage priorities in a constantly evolving environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level roles
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative without direction
Track record of consistently closing loops and following through on commitments
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
