Our US Partner Client is a Lead and Demand Generation digital marketing agency headquartered in New Jersey.

As an Executive Assistant: Marketing + Sales, you should be an exceptional, high-energy professional to serve as a direct extension of our marketing and sales leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will be the ultimate problem-solver who can keep multiple plates spinning while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Support

  • Execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot with minimal direction

  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms

  • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and ensure timely delivery of all requirements

  • Source and manage branded merchandise and giveaways for conferences and events

  • Assist with virtual and in-person event planning


Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support for sales pipeline management and reporting

  • Track and organize leads from conferences and events

  • Initiate and manage follow-up communications with prospects

  • Set up and execute sales sequences in HubSpot

  • Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and sales opportunities


Executive Support

  • Serve as a force multiplier for leadership, anticipating needs and removing obstacles

  • Maintain seamless communication and handoffs on projects and tasks

  • Proactively identify improvements to existing processes

  • Ensure all deadlines are met without the need for follow-up

  • Manage priorities in a constantly evolving environment


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level roles

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative without direction

  • Track record of consistently closing loops and following through on commitments

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
