Key Responsibilities

Design & Strategy

  • Develop original concepts and execute high-quality designs for integrated marketing campaigns

  • Create modern, mobile-first website layouts, PPC landing pages, and digital assets

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, email templates, social media graphics, and trade show collateral

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and web teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals

  • Improve site usability and user experience through thoughtful UI/UX design

  • Source and integrate impactful visual elements, photography, and illustrations

Branding & Marketing Execution

  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with brand guidelines

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support informed design direction

  • Present creative ideas confidently and adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders

  • Effectively manage time and workload to deliver high-quality work within project timelines

Continuous Learning & Innovation

  • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

  • Explore AI-driven solutions to streamline creative processes and enhance design performance

  • Proactively recommend innovative approaches to elevate design standards and marketing impact

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic and digital design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of WordPress and Figma preferred

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UX best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Strategic thinker with strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in the eye care, aesthetics, or healthcare industry is an advantage

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position; candidates must be available to work EST hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST)
