Position Overview

As the Head of Human Resources, you will lead our global HR strategy, drive talent development, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment. This strategic leadership role calls for operational excellence, deep international HR expertise, and a passion for employee engagement and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global HR Strategy: Develop and execute innovative HR strategies aligned with international labor laws, cultural differences, and business goals.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with global leaders to ensure cohesive HR practices that support business operations.

  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance on HR matters to management and employees across various time zones.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR metrics and employee surveys to inform strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.

  • Culture & Employee Relations: Foster a strong company culture through fair, consistent application of policies and effective issue resolution.

  • Workforce Planning & Succession: Lead global workforce planning and succession strategies to support long-term growth.

  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, retention, and career development programs aligned with business needs.

  • Performance Management: Champion goal setting, performance reviews, mentoring, and employee growth programs.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • International HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of global HR laws, practices, and cultural dynamics.
