About You:
You are a detail-oriented and proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, someone who thrives in client-focused roles. You are capable of working independently and are motivated by helping clients navigate and succeed in their business endeavors. Your organizational skills and reliability enable you to manage multiple client requests and tasks efficiently, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
About the role:
This is a full-time and independent contractor position, open to candidates based anywhere in the Balkans, South Africa, or the Philippines. While the role primarily follows UAE business hours, we ask for a degree of flexibility outside traditional working hours. Since we work with entrepreneurs who often operate beyond regular office times, we value availability via WhatsApp for general client inquiries during evenings or weekends. This does not include processing requests, only being reachable for client inquiries.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Handle client communication promptly, keeping them updated on progress.
Submit and manage business applications efficiently with various free zones.
Stay informed on free zone requirements and adjust processes as needed.
Maintain organized records in the CRM system to ensure all client information is up to date.
Assist in organizing internal documentation for smooth operations.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
Facilitate a hassle-free experience for clients, aligning expectations and deliverables.
Contribute to enhancing internal processes for better efficiency.
Provide insights for areas of improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
Challenges:
Balancing multiple client requests and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Learning and managing free zone requirements and application processes.
Being flexible and available for urgent client needs outside of traditional business hours.
Success in 12 Months:
Independently managing client communication and application processes.
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Maintaining an efficient and organized CRM and documentation system.
Contributing to process improvements that lead to increased operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a bonus.
Previous sales experience with considerable track record of upselling and cross selling.
Previous experience in administrative work or client engagement is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to varying workloads and timings.
Willingness to be occasionally available for client communication outside standard business hours.
