Remote LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) – Outpatient Mental Health | California-Based

Location: Victorville, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Job:

We are a telehealth-based mental health practice committed to making quality care accessible throughout California. Our team values autonomy, professional growth, and meaningful client relationships. As demand for remote services grows, we are looking for an LMFT to join our expanding team.

As an LMFT, you will provide remote outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families experiencing a range of mental health concerns. You’ll have the flexibility to tailor your caseload and work from the comfort of your home while enjoying full administrative and clinical support.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessment
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other clinicians as needed to support client care
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines per California BBS standards

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience preferred
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
