Remote LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) – Outpatient Telehealth | California

Location: Moreno Valley, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We are a telehealth mental health group practice committed to providing accessible, high-quality care to individuals across California. We’re seeking licensed LPCCs in California to provide remote outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, or couples, depending on your specialty and preference. You'll work from home using our secure telehealth platform, with full administrative support so you can focus on what you do best—providing excellent care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy via HIPAA-compliant video sessions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients across diverse backgrounds
  • Participate in optional team meetings, consultations, and trainings
  • Stay current with licensing and documentation requirements

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California
  • Completion of required supervision hours (fully licensed)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic recordkeeping
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Preferred: experience with specific populations (e.g., trauma, anxiety, teens, couples)
