Remote Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Outpatient Telehealth | California

Location: Los Angeles, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We are a telehealth-based mental health group dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care to individuals across California. We value clinical excellence, therapist autonomy, and a supportive team culture that empowers providers to thrive in a fully remote setting.

We’re seeking skilled licensed psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to provide outpatient therapy via telehealth to adult and/or adolescent clients. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, want to work from home, and are committed to long-term therapeutic relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual individual, couples, or group therapy
  • Conduct psychological assessments (optional, based on your scope)
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and diagnoses
  • Attend optional peer consultation and training opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards in California

Requirements

  • Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license in California
  • Experience providing therapy via telehealth or comfort with technology
  • Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and time management
  • Optional: Interest or experience in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, ACT) or populations (e.g., trauma, anxiety, LGBTQIA+)

Benefits

  • Competitive per-session compensation with bonuses or salary options
  • Completely remote and flexible scheduling
  • Administrative support (intakes, billing, scheduling)
  • Malpractice insurance for W-2 employees
  • Opportunities for psychological testing (if licensed for it)
  • A collegial, collaborative, and supportive team culture

If you're a licensed psychologist seeking a flexible, remote position where you can focus on meaningful client work without administrative burden, we’d love to hear from you.
