Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Psychotherapy Privilege (LCSW-R) – Outpatient Therapist

Location: Utica, New York

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Requirements

Active LCSW-R license in the state of New York (required)
Demonstrated experience with a wide range of clinical issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and identity work
Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and working independently
Commitment to culturally responsive, anti-oppressive care for a diverse client population
Strong ethical foundation, clinical judgment, and interpersonal communication skills
