Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Psychotherapy Privilege (LCSW-R) – Outpatient Therapist

Location: Utica, New York 

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Impact as an LMFT:
  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families depending on your clinical interests
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in optional peer consultation, professional development, or mentoring opportunities
  • Leverage your advanced licensure to support complex cases and higher levels of clinical acuity

Requirements

  • Active LCSW-R license in the state of New York (required)
  • Demonstrated experience with a wide range of clinical issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and identity work
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and working independently
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, anti-oppressive care for a diverse client population
  • Strong ethical foundation, clinical judgment, and interpersonal communication skills
