Remote LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) – Outpatient Telehealth | Washington State

Location: Yakima, Washington 

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

We are a growing, therapist-owned telehealth group dedicated to making mental health care more accessible across Washington State. Our model is designed to support clinicians with full administrative backing, a diverse client base, and complete control over your schedule and clinical focus.

We are seeking compassionate and experienced LICSWs to join our remote outpatient team. This role is ideal for therapists who want the freedom of private practice without the burden of administrative tasks. Whether you specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or underserved populations, we support you in building a caseload that aligns with your passion and expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in our EHR
  • Attend optional team consults, trainings, or peer support sessions
  • Uphold all legal and ethical standards per Washington state and NASW guidelines

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LICSW license in Washington State
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Comfort and competence with telehealth platforms and remote care
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and clinical integrity
  • Preferred: specialized experience with trauma, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ communities, or youth/adolescents
