Job Description:

Are you a driven sales professional with deep expertise in the nonwovens industry? We are seeking a Senior Level Sales Director with 8–10 years of proven experience in selling carded needle punch, extrusion-based materials, or related nonwoven technologies.

This is a remote position with frequent travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key markets and accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, customer service) to ensure client needs are met
  • Regular travel (up to 70%) across North America

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of sales experience in carded needle punch, extrusion, or nonwovens
  • Strong network in the nonwoven and technical textiles industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
