What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills – Essential for managing lead pipelines, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) – Required for professional outreach to clients and internal reporting.
  • Customer service orientation – Ability to handle business inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Data accuracy and reporting – Attention to detail in maintaining spreadsheets, CRM updates, and generating reports.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy and the industry – To understand the product, address client questions, and stay on top of trends.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry – Familiarity with solar installation or related services adds valuable context to the role.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms – Helps streamline lead tracking, reporting, and customer interaction management.
  • Basic technical knowledge of solar components – Understanding modules, inverters, or batteries aids in coordinating with engineers and addressing client queries.
