The Clinical Interviewer is a Registered Nurse, and he or she will act as an extension of the client’s nurse management team, facilitating leadership for traveling clinicians on assignment.  Please note this is a part-time position with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently perform skillset evaluations, pre-screens, interview reviews, re-reviews, and other candidate screening methods to ensure required qualifications are met and assess for optimal job match
  • Swiftly address and diffuse clinician issues, providing resolution with mutually acceptable outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Collect, review, and document unit descriptions in all applicable systems
  • Provide successful test remediation and ongoing educational support as required for clinicians
  • Demonstrate fluidity in client relationships and sales-driven conversations including presentation of Clinical Services to current and prospective clients
  • Take initiative to identify and suggest process improvement initiatives both inside and outside of the Clinical Services department, and work collaboratively to implement agreed upon changes
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to lay the groundwork for successful and productive client and candidate conversations
  • Accurately document and maintain task tracking and outcomes logs as required by department

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a BSN, with MSN strongly preferred
  • Must have healthcare management experience reviewing resumes and assisting with staffing decisions
  • Must be a registered nurse in good standing with active state RN license
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to guide, influence, and support others
  • Demonstrated ability to execute critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional ability to build strong, lasting relationships

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $50.00 per hour.
