We need a qualified Manual Salesforce QA to come on board. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and related functionalities, with a strong background in component-level and integration testing. This is a remote position that needs someone available right now.
Key Responsibilities:
Test both the integration and component levels of Salesforce implementations to guarantee their quality.
Comprehend and evaluate Service Cloud functionalities, such as Record Type Assignment, Page Layout Assignment, Permission Sets, and Profiles.
Check the role hierarchy and security at the field, object, and system levels.
Utilizing Salesforce Inspector and Developer Tools, create and run SOQL queries.
Recognize and control alerts and EAC (Enterprise Application Control).
Provide effort estimates and work well with Development Leads and Product Owners (POs).
Observe the SCRUM process and engage in Agile activities.
Retain an optimistic outlook and be adaptable to changing needs, going above and beyond when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce QA.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related technical or business area is preferred.
Strong familiarity with Record Type Assignment, Page Layout Assignment, Permission Sets, and Service Cloud.
Competence in examining role hierarchy, security, and security at the field and object levels.
Relevant certificates such as Admin, PD1.
