Job description

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager to join our Operations team and oversee the governance and regulatory compliance of our international entities. This role will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal and Finance teams and will play a critical part in ensuring corporate, legal, financial and employment compliance across our multiple operational regions. You will be responsible for building and managing our relationships with a global network of vendors while ensuring all jurisdictions remain in consistent good standing. This position will play a key role in supporting our global growth through efficient and scalable governance practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end processes for international company formations
  • Oversee compliance and governance obligations in each region, ensuring consistent adherence to local laws and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, acting as primary liaison in each region
  • Maintain a centralized system of record for all documentation, registrations, and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with, and educate internal partners on, compliance requirements as internal subject matter expert
  • Monitor regulatory requirements developments affecting each region and implement appropriate risk mitigation
  • Drive policy creation, implementation improvements, and standardization

  • Strong ability to negotiate and benchmark with vendors and partners
  • Relationship-builder with a customer mindset and pragmatic approach
  • Ability to manage highly complex structures and situations while maintaining organized data and structured processes

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with early stage startup environments
  • Exposure to HR compliance, global payroll systems, or fintech-related technologies
