As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of high-performing Account Managers (AMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who are responsible for maximizing customer value, retention, and growth. You’ll own the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle revenue — from onboarding to expansion — ensuring our customers receive exceptional experiences that translate to business impact.
