As part of your role, you'd be responsible for:
Driving product-market fit for new digital financial service products
Driving product and commercial strategy of new digital financial service products, including thinking about pricing and unit economics
Shaping the end-to-end UX and in-app UI for the new products
Working closely with design, and engineering teams to build a deep knowledge of our users and how they engage with our products, fully define problems, and progressively refine, validate, and iterate on usability, value, and viability of solutions
Cultivating a culture of collaboration, empowerment, psychological safety, and accountability within the product team; monitoring and nurturing the health and performance of the team
We have a data-driven approach to the incremental improvements of our products and a focus towards excellence.
This is a fully remote role, that would have expectations of frequent travelling across our different markets and working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3).
You would be a good fit for the role if you:
Are a customer-centric product manager with 5+ years of experience in digital financial products
Successfully built and delivered on B2C Fintech products
Worked and collaborated with cross-functional team members
Have experience in emerging markets and financial inclusion
Are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills
Are a data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities
