🇧🇪 Our services in Belgium

Today we offer two services in Belgium for which we are looking for motivated family health professionals:

Medical Chat:
- Engage with our members via our medical chat service, available 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. You will provide fast, accurate and personalised medical advice on your specialty within a 24h response time. So our members get the advice, when and where they need it.
- Specialties applicable: Dietitian, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Dermatologist, General Practitioners (Family Doctors), Midwife
Teleconsultations:
- Connect with our members via video call and offer medical advice from the comfort of your own home or practice.
- Specialties applicable: Psychologists, Physiotherapists and General Practitioners.

Certified Health Professional: with a 003 or 004 RIZIV/INAMI number and experience in patient care.
Language Skills: Written proficiency in Dutch, French & English
Digital Skills: Familiar with the use of digital tools.
Empathy & Communication: Excellent communication skills and strong empathetic approach to patient care.

Our Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two stages. Each stage will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions as we want to ensure the best fit for both you and Alan.

The first interview will be with the Health Professional team coordinator at Alan, and will last approximately 30 minutes. The purpose is to get to know each other, clarify the project, and determine if your profile aligns with our needs.

The second interview (~45 minutes) will be with our Medical Lead. The goal is to discuss a clinical case, and your clinical experiences and knowledge.
