EZClaim and Eye Cloud Pro are innovative software solutions that streamline healthcare and optometry practice management. EZClaim offers robust medical billing and scheduling features for healthcare providers and medical billing companies, enhancing administrative efficiency. Eye Cloud Pro, tailored for optometrists, integrates EHR, POS, and practice management into a seamless cloud-based platform, improving patient care and operational workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary resource for client data migrations, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion.
Manage API integrations with partners and develop monetization opportunities.
Perform data import and exports.
Research and resolve support cases that are escalated for technical assistance.
Create troubleshooting guides and assets as needed for customer support specialists.
Develop escalation path and internal SLA’s for technical escalations.
Custom Report Writing.
Create and run custom script requests.
Complete technical setup during onboarding. This includes adding logos, setting up caller ID and phone recording, and uploading and maintaining current catalogs.
Skills & Competencies:
SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL syntax and commands.
Database Management.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear collaboration and documentation.
Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring timely completion.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with support and development teams.
Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Proven experience with data migrations and API integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
