Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance
    Adhere to all safety protocols, fleet guidelines, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations—reflecting our culture of responsibility and commitment to both workplace and product safety.
  • Sales & Merchandising
    Drive sales growth by engaging with store managers, replenishing product sections, and identifying opportunities for displays, endcaps, and promotional tie-ins.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, demonstrating our dedication to detail and long-term partnerships.
  • Route & Vehicle Operations
    Operate a DOT-certified company vehicle to transport products between the offsite warehouse and assigned store locations.
  • Inventory & Reporting
    Maintain accurate inventory records, complete necessary paperwork, and submit reports on time—showcasing a high level of personal accountability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Warehouse Management
    Unload inbound product shipments at the warehouse, verify inventory counts, and store products properly in designated areas.
  • Vehicle Preparation
    Ensure your Freudenberg vehicle is fully stocked with the required products for each day’s deliveries.
  • Daily Planning & Communication
    Start each day by reviewing your objectives and end by communicating key results, sales opportunities, or store needs with your District Manager (DM).
  • Service Frequency & Customer Value
    Follow the established service frequency for each customer, delivering consistent, high-quality value with every visit

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; additional post-secondary education or training preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Valid DOT Medical Card (renewed annually) and a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating DOT-certified delivery trucks (up to 16 feet) and working in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment.
