THE POSITION  

At Rynoh, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing division. To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

 

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy 

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation 

  • Prepare marketing logistics, content, reports and metrics for program success 

  • Compile campaigns, content calendar, event calendar, market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends 

  • Support the development and operations of interdepartmental internal communications 

  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data 

  • Support the head of marketing in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars 

  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion 

  • Support sales and marketing meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating marketing communications 

  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary 

  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role 

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing 

  • Experience using data analytics software for research 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications 

  • Familiarity with content management systems  

  • Working knowledge of design and email software 

  • Experience in drafting content and campaign calendars 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. 

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
