The person in this position is responsible for leading the local efforts to reach the technical. Excellence in the Cattle market. Leads, steers and aligns the Technical Advisors effort focused on the creation of value for the business and encourages work, aligned with the commercial and marketing area.
Validates the product recommendation in the field, designs protocols of products performance assessment and programs at level Phase 4, as well as the ones of commercial character. Builds long term relations with technical leaders, opinion leaders and strategic clients, with the aim of searching for opportunities, aligned with commercial and marketing strategy, always under the corporation guidelines and following the model of the fundamental believes of Zoetis.
Key responsibilities
Building high level relationships with Opinion Leaders, Research Institutions and peers in the entire country & region. Leading the process of technical support aligned with the commercial and marketing areas based on the needs of the business Elaboration of product application Protocols under different scenarios of application, guaranteeing that the aspects proposed meet deadlines and form Leading, Developing and raising his/her team technical level continuously. Leading and coordination of the technical team to train and raise the sales force technical level
Specific Skills & Knowledge
Education: Veterinary medical graduate, Specialization in Bovine health, Master degree and or PhD in Vet topics desirable (Feedlot/Dairy)

Willingness to travel for business and/or relocate: The Zoetis Cattle Technical Manager requires time for business travel of 60/70% and the feasibility to change residence.
