We are looking for a seasoned B2B Product Marketing expert with experience in new product launches, insights, positioning, messaging, GTM strategy and collaboration across product, marketing and sales.

As Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy around our GenAI product suite.

This role is pivotal in helping us launch new products as well as drive awareness, adoption and engagement. You need to be experienced in developing strategic plans and executing with precision as well as comfortable taking the lead in working closely with sales, product, marketing, sales enablement and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

You’ll need to be an expert in using insights to drive strategy and positioning, developing compelling value propositions and messaging, executing across teams and driving measurable results.

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive B2B product marketing strategies including new product and feature launches, solution positioning and evangelism.
  • Market Research: Understand market trends and customer intelligence and turn this data into actionable tactics and outcomes that drive impact. Connect how our solutions meet the needs of the audiences and identify where we need to develop and innovate. Understand competitor offerings and create strong, differentiated positioning for our solutions.
  • GTM: Collaborate, create and drive impactful GTM strategies – launching products, driving revenue and ensuring ambitious product development rollouts are capitalised. 
  • Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning: Identify and refine audience ICPs. Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions. Create strong solution stories to ensure internal and external audience understanding. Shape propositions for different solutions and audiences to clearly communicate vales and differentiation.
  • Storytelling: Be an expert storyteller, bringing together data and narrative to tell a compelling message that shapes the foundation and building blocks of our product stories. Develop the big ideas that shape messaging and narrative across all content and communications. Define positioning and develop compelling messaging that makes it easy for audiences to understand what we do, how we do it, why it’s great for them and why we’re different. Help shape sales enablement messages to give our sellers the knowledge, tools and passion to talk about and sell our products.
  • Campaign Leadership: Guide the planning and execution of integrated, cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure global launch and PMM objectives are met. Work with teams across content, creative, demand generation, PR, AR, social media, sales enablement, operations and delivery to orchestrate and deliver plans to achieve objectives. Work closely with PR, investor relations and analyst relations IR to ensure our products are well represented and understood by industry.
  • Content Creation: Champion and guide the creation of targeted content and collateral to tell the right stories to the right audiences across a variety of formats and channels. Equip sales teams with tools, materials, and training to improve selling effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Become a key strategic partner to the product organization. Get deep into the product world to understand the solutions, interconnections and roadmap priorities. Ensure product marketing’s interests are well represented across all teams. Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, sales, sales enablement and customer success teams to ensure alignment on your comprehensive GTM plans.
