We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based anywhere in the United States.

As a Workday Certified Talent Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' HR processes. You will lead engaging design sessions with clients, gathering requirements and documenting key decisions that will shape their success. Your expertise will guide clients through all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment, ensuring a smooth and impactful implementation. You’ll have collaboration opportunities with Mercer’s broader HR Transformation community to really take the client experience to the next level. 

We will count on you to:

  • Lead in design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
  • Actively lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
  • Translate business requirements for Talent configuration
  • Provide guidance and direction to clients on best practices
  • Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner and share your knowledge with the team
  • With Mercer’s Digital Solutions practice being part of Mercer you will get to experience the combination of our technical expertise and knowledge of HR best practices which creates better deployments and ongoing process improvement for our clients. You’ll be joining a top Workday partner and will partner with Mercer’s team to deliver best in class Workday solutions

What you need to have: 

  • Certified in Workday Talent is required
  • 2+ years of functional Workday Talent implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
  • Ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $111,600 to $223,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
