Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Support Team Lead, your main responsibility will be leading customer support team, training new team members and reporting to Customer Support Manager.


Working hours: 1 - 9pm

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing customer support strategies and initiatives
  • Leading the customer support team
  • Training and educating new team members
  • Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions
  • Participating in handling overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements


  • Extensive experience in customer service, customer experience management, or a related field
  • Experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager / Project Coordinator
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices 
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
